Below are the Isles of Cay Commons booking
policies. Please review booking policies before placing a reservation.
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM ~ CHECK OUT TIME:

Early Check In and Late Check-Out based upon availability. Note, for check-in
the person registering must be 21 or over. We require a valid driver’s
license or another form of photo ID and a valid credit card (a pre-paid
credit card is not acceptable). Keys cannot be handed out without a valid
credit card and photo ID.
CLEANING FEE: If you have booked a reservation for less
than 5 nights you should see a “Clean” charge included in
the above charges. This charge is also subject to sales and hospitality
taxes (13%).
PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE: We offer a non refundable Property
Protection Fee of $65.00 plus tax per property, per booking which is added
to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain
responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment
of this fee, due when the balance is payable, ensures that you will not
be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental
nature (up to $1,000 maximum).
PAYMENTS : A $200 deposit plus $25 reservation fee for a total
of $225 is required to confirm any reservation. The outstanding balance
is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE:
A non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $65 plus tax is added to your
account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible
for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of
this fee, due when the balance is payable, ensures that you will not be
charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature
(up to $1,000 maximum). Note, key(s)/card(s) can only be issued once we
have received a copy of your credit card and photo ID, and the person
registering is at least 21 years of age.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Where written notice of cancellation is received:
29 or more days prior to arrival = $25 reservation fee
28 to 15 days prior to arrival = 25% of rental charge
14 to 1 days prior to arrival = 50% of rental charge
No Show = 100% of rental charge
