Vista Cay


Below are the Vista Cay Inn booking policies. Please review booking policies before placing a reservation.

CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM ~ CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
Early Check In and Late Check-Out based upon availability. Note, for check-in the person registering must be 21 or over. We require a valid driver’s license or another form of photo ID and a valid credit card.   Codes cannot be handed out without a valid credit card and photo ID.

CLEANING FEE:  If you have booked a reservation for less than 7 nights you should see a "Clean" charge included in the above charges.  This charge is also subject to sales and hospitality taxes (12.5%).

RESERVATION DEPOSIT and PAYMENT BALANCE

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $100 is due at the time of making the reservation.  The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.  A copy of a valid driver's license for person who has med the reservation will be needed for verification.  US Residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear.  There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.

Please note:  there is a $35 processing fee

REGISTRATION and DAMAGE DEPOSIT (Security Deposit)

You will be pre-registered by FAX or email and place a damage deposit on a major credit card or deposit cash to be held in a non interest bearing account along with the final payment.  The deposit is $300 for the condominiumYOU MUST HAVE THIS AMOUNT AVAILABLE ON A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO CHECK-IN.  YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO YOUR VACATION HOME UNTIL WE HAVE THE FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT.  The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the departure date with no damage to the condominium.

CANCELLATIONS

If the balance due remains unpaid for 4 weeks prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited.  If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date the full rental amount will not be returned unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the same period of time.  We reserve the right to cancel a booking.  This includes but is not limited to specific property owner arrival, double booking, or maintenance issues.  In this case any fees will be refunded.  As in a late arrival or early departure - there can be NO credit or refunds for non-used days of your paid reservation period.  All cancellations must be in writing.

CHANGES

There are no fees for extending your stay, however there is a fee ($50) to change the dates of your reservation.  These are administrative fees for the paperwork involved with making the change, not penalties.  Any of these applicable fees would be due at the time the change is made, otherwise the reservation is cancelled and reservation deposit is forfeited.  Date changes or property changes are only allowed based on availability.
