When Is Check In and Check Out?

Check In Time: 4:00 PM ~   CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
Early Check In and Late Check-Out based upon availability. Note, for check-in the person registering must be 21 or over. We require a valid driver’s license or another form of photo ID and a valid credit card.   Codes cannot be handed out without a valid credit card and photo ID.

Do You Have A Cleaning Fee?

If you have booked a reservation for less than 7 nights you should see a "Clean" charge included in the above charges.  This charge is also subject to sales and hospitality taxes (12.5%).

Is There A Reservation Deposit?

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250 is due at the time of making the reservation.  The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.  A copy of a valid driver's license for person who has made the reservation will be needed for verification.  US Residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear.  There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.

Please note:  there is a 3.5% service fee of the total amount charged, when paying by credit card.

Registration and Damage Deposit (Security Deposit)

You will be pre-registered by FAX or email and place a damage deposit on a major credit card or deposit cash to be held in a non interest bearing account along with the final payment.  The deposit is $300 for the condominium.  YOU MUST HAVE THIS AMOUNT AVAILABLE ON A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO CHECK-IN.  YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO YOUR VACATION HOME UNTIL WE HAVE THE FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT.  If you arrive late at night, you will want to pre-register, and obtain a 4 digit code for entry at the front door, as there is NO key.  The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the departure date with no damage to the condominium.

What If I Need To Cancel A Reservation?

If the balance due remains unpaid for 4 weeks prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited.  If reservation is cancelled within 30-45 days of arrival date the full rental amount will not be returned unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the same period of time.  If within 30 days of arrival, the full rental balance and deposit will be forfeited.  We reserve the right to cancel a booking.  This includes but is not limited to specific property owner arrival, double booking, or maintenance issues.  In this case any fees will be refunded.  As in a late arrival or early departure - there can be NO credit or refunds for non-used days of your paid reservation period.  All cancellations must be in writing

Can I Change A Reservation?

There are no fees for extending your stay, however there is a fee ($50) to change the dates of your reservation.  These are administrative fees for the paperwork involved with making the change, not penalties.  Any of these applicable fees would be due at the time the change is made, otherwise the reservation is cancelled and reservation deposit is forfeited.  Date changes or property changes are only allowed prior to 4 weeks from arrival.  NO changes with 4 weeks or less of arrival.

Where Do I Pick Up The Keys?

There are NO physical keys.  At the time your reservation is confirmed, key codes will be emailed to you.

Is Vista Cay and Isles of Cay Non Smoking?

YES, all the condos and town homes are NON SMOKING!.  No smoking is permitted inside the condos or townhomes.

Are Pets Allowed?

NO, we do not allow pets in the condos or townhomes.

Are Your Kitchens Fully Equipped?

YES, the condos and town houses have a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Are Linens and Towels Provided?

YES, ample supply of linens and towels are provided in each condo and town home.

Are There Laundry Facilities?

YES, there is a large size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in all the vacation rentals.  If you go to the beach, PLEASE shake out as much sand as possible.
 

Are There Cleaning Supplies?

We provide cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum.  As this style of vacation is classed as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap, etc.  There is an on-site supermarket close to all the condos.

Is There Air Conditioning and Heat in the Condos?

YES, all of our units have central air conditioning and heat.  We understand that everybody is different and we would expect you to be as comfortable as you can.  We however do ask that when you go away that you raise or lower the temperature to help conserve energy.
